Unknown Piece
On the Outside the Sky is bright clear as glass.
though butterflies soar like planes.
Calm, quiet sounds are easy to attain
happiness seems to be the fame.
But inside storms of sadness are roaring loud.
disturbed vines surrounded vowed to kill and die.
Happiness is unheard of and unapologetically missing.
Hidden nobody knows the true side.
The power it holds is too hard to restrain.
To afraid and
Not worth the pain to try to escape.
Happiness locked away;
key thrown away in a dark cave
full of dangerousness noncaring demons
that suffocate,
and must be.

My poem is about looking happy on the outside but being sad and depressed, unknown on the inside.
