The Loneliest Star

Upon Gazing
The Starry Night
above the sky
I find myself
lost in thought
Why are the stars all
together
yet so apart?
In the distance
up above
the endless night
I spot a single star
from afar
a single teardrop
f
a
l
l
i
n
g
from my eye.
I have been a
lonesome star
but with you on
my side
the eternal night
shines more bright
with us
side by side.
