Another Perspective
Who are we really?
Are we the true villains in this story we must share?
No, that would just be silly
But, would it?
Ever since you were born you’ve been torn.
Fighting the bad for the good has left you with a fist full of thorns.
Then, it gets harder
Living becomes a struggle
Adapting to be like them all, while you’re potential is smuggled
And then stress strains every nerve in your brain.
Leaving you in mental pain and on the brink of going insane.
You scratch and scrape on the door of freedom
Pleading with whoever is up in the skies listening
Asking for help, and for a better perspective of life.

My poetry is made to shine light on the dark spots in our life. Giving more awareness of life to those who listen.
