Silk water
Trails towards the trenches
Minx-like, a medley of sand grains twirl around a thumping pair of hominid feet
The unbridled current sweeps up foamy debris at the surface, burying plastic bags and tethered string into the abyssal plain
White caps lap up milk and honey raindrops
Vast
Merciless
The aquamarine life cloak themselves from their gargantuan predators
Their nimble prey are magicians covertly caching their cards in the briny deep
Capillary waves are the harp of the sea
Neptune is immortal...
