One night in my town ever so lovely.
I saw a man across the street.
Looking at me--so empty
The pounding of my heart with its every beat.
Grew stronger--as I stood-
In front of a broken man lost and weary.
When I came closer, and then I understood.
The broken man who's following me.
Was actually me.
