The Attack of Love

Love crawls inside of me as I lay awake at night-
Consuming my mind as I drift to sleep,
He begins to invade my Dreams,
Leaving a deep feeling for my Heart to keep.
I’m hit with flashbacks of our memories-
And suddenly Love is back in my heart.
I try to push him out,
But it seems he refuses to let us be apart.
As my day comes to an End,
Love fills my Heart again as I see the setting sun
I remember how we used to watch it together.
But just as the sun fades away, my Love for you is done.
