My mind is an endless void in which I am eternally trapped in, 

I stand in this void, 

I watch as it grows, 

holding more and more. 

More thoughts, problems, and feelings 

I stand in this void, 

I watch the darkness spin, 

Dizzying me to the point of falling. 

Falling into an abyss, an abstract world, into the unknown entity I call myself. 

I stand in this void,

I watch as it fills to the brim of infinity, 

Allowing my world to spill out, 

Spilling out every anxiety, every emotion, everything.  

I stand in this void, 

I watch as it empties, 

Feeling the salt water rolling down, 

Rolling down my cheeks, my chin, and my flushed red face 

I stand in this void,

I watch as the emptiness envelopes me, 

Letting my toxic mind drag me deeper and deeper into its depths
