A message to the deaf ears
The giant green and blue world
needs to hear something.
Something very important.
Something that everyone needs
to take note of,
and especially the people that ignore it.
The world needs to strap on the biggest
pair of ears that they have.
People need to stop what they are doing
and listen to this.
The people that refuse to listen
have to listen to fix what they have destroyed.
We have to be kind to each other.
We have to lift each other up,
lift each other up higher than the tall skyscrapers of New York,
higher than the big white puffy clouds in the sky.
So high that we can see the giant rock that we float around on.
We can't leave someone behind.
If they fall, we lift them back up together.
We lift them up to make them stronger than before.
Doesn't matter what pigment is in their skin.
Doesn't matter what they are struggling with.
Doesn't matter what their opinion is.
It takes everyone to fix this society.
It takes all of us on this giant rock to fix it.
So the people that won’t listen, and will not change,
shame on you.
