You’d think a winning lottery ticket was just what we needed. My mom is sick and we do not have a lot of money. My mom can barely put food on the table. Me and my brother went to get jobs But I can not get a job. I am only 17. I'm 17 with a big dream to be the next big thing in the NBA.  My brother just got his job. He just got it and he just went  to his job tonight.  On his way to his job he found a lottery ticket for one million dollars. My mom is really  pregnant again. She had a lot of cramping, food aversions, nasal congestion and ect. So my mom is due to have the baby on october 31th. And my mom has  my mom's getting out candy to kids when a grown man came to the door and  barged his way in And my mom was running but she was pregnant so she can run as fast as the baby was kicking she said I was on my way home from practice that night my brother was at work. I can't believe that this happened when I wasn't home or my brother. sHe can't defend herself when a grown man is trying to attack her she said she hated her room the man was talking to her saying that her older son owes him money.She did not say nothing cuz she was hiding in the room didn't know what the man was going to do to her so she didn't want to say nothing until the cops came. My mom ran to the neighbor's house. The cops are coming. She had to silence the man and went after her shot her in the leg. Then she was at the hospital the doctor said she was going to be fine a couple hours later she went was going into labor my  my brother came to the hospital from work the man that shot my mom was going to be found somehow I was not going to let this slide like this I was so so scared when I heard my mom and got shot and when I heard a man was in our house. 4 months later. the man was found who shot my mom he was a facing attempted murder with a firearm he could be facing 20 and 25 years to life me and my brother was relieved my mom was to looking after her newborn baby and it Brought her to   tears I told her she did not have to worry no more he was found and brought to Justice.
