Neurons
Flying up and down chromatics, a time piece bounces between notes.
Fast and bright, like stars, shooting through a pink, puzz’ling world.
Colors grey as neurons die, and Alzheimer’s kills the person inside.

This piece combines my love for science and music, as well as dealing with my grandmother who has suffered from Dementia for the last twenty years. The idea of neurons acting like stars was inspired by the ending scene to the movie The Theory of Everything which includes my all-time favorite soundtrack.
