I wish to be free

To travel the world

Drifting through currents

Of air 

And sea

Whistle along

With the wind

And birds

Create our own song

A sweet melody

And when the rains pound

Hills, Valleys, and ground

Our ears open

To a cacophony 

Of sound

All throughout

Planet Earth

I fly 

Zipping through

Neverending sky

Weeping willows

Mountain tops

Sparkling seas

Beauty

Never stops

Next I dive

To the depths of the sea

Underwater creatures

Fill me with glee

My travel has unfurled

How nature has kissed

Every part

Of this wide world

What would life be

If I was a bird

A playful dolphin

Buzzing bee

Dreams

 Of all 

The beauty I’d see

A wishful thought

Yet one I keep
