Mustang
To most, it may just be a car
To me, it's so much more
It took me to my first date and many more since.
Driving with the top down in the summer sun,
And drifting around every corner in the winter.
So many hours spent behind the wheel,
And so many more in the driveway.
Some may say it should be in the junkyard,
But I look at the 250,000 miles as memories.
Some ask, “How do you drive that in the winter?”
And I always respond, “Sideways!”
My car may not be the best,
or even reliable.
It may not be fast,
or sound that good.
But it’s fun and it’s my car.
