Do not worry children
Do not weep your tears for them
The monsters in your house will hurt you no more
The Caregiver will take you all in
Tell me where does it hurt?
Tell me what I can do to make you feel better
I can give you an ice pack, band aid,
Or would you rather have me just sit by and listen to you
It is alright little one
You are safe here with me.

I thought of this piece because of the situation I am in with my friends. I always seem to be the one who takes care of my friends with whatever troubles them. Short and simple, nothing more or less.
