My Thoughts on Bubblegum

I like chewing gum
It keeps my mind from racing
And when it pops I smile
As my gum moves to a subtle beat
I think of the calories I don't need to keep
I like chewing gum
Only a dollar a pack!
It keeps me from thinking about eating a snack
I like chewing gum
Though it may rot my teeth
It helps hide the growling, taming the beast
I like chewing gum
It’s all I’ll allow
I like chewing gum

I must like chewing gum
That notion I try to digest
