Living your coffee
Sowing the imperishable seeds of birth
until they become red.
The rise of coffee cherry,
Starts journey towards its death.
“live your coffee” the old man said
and “drink your entity” the old man said
Certain stages wait for the fruit,
or should I say the upcoming bean.
Discovering, exploring and being
ready for the world,
as he prepares to be prime and clean.
“live your coffee” the old man said
and “drink your entity” the old man said
The world is rough, and so should be the bean,
waits for him, more experience and passion.
Roasting and grinding helps him win,
diverting his motive from wealth to compassion.
“live your coffee” the old man said
and “drink your entity” the old man said
Full of patience, the stage is brewing,
brewing for the death, with immense joy.
As he learns to live, and that to the fullest,
he sips his coffee, with chips ahoy.
“live your coffee” the old man said
and “drink your entity” the old man said
Be it Americano or cappuccino,
all trips start from a seed and ends with a sip.
Depends on us, which way we choose,
eventually all that matters is what I call a trip.
“live your coffee” the old man said
and “drink your entity” the old man said
