I wish that time would slow down

I wish that I was still young and innocent

Now my view of society is blurred but my view on the real world is coming into focus

I wish that I could go back to the days of tag and capture the flag

Now all I seem to do is study and stress, while having genuine fun less and less

I could let these realizations depress me, or I could use them to fuel me

Fuel me to make more great memories, as I know one day I will miss these days 

 The feeling is bittersweet

The feeling of knowing that I will be missing this phase of my life, while I am still living it

I wish that I had more time to make these memories, as I know that the time will fly

I wish that time would slow down
