My Woman of Grace
My mother Jolie, a woman of grace
Is nor’ seen without a smile on her face
And the way she supports me and my brother
Well, it’d be hard to find a better mother
She teaches us many things
She's experienced, having worn two wedding rings
She cleans the house like a pro
Always rushing to and fro
Although she is quite booming
And is quick with her assuming
She a supportive mom, it’s true
For her children there’s not a thing she would not do
One time oh I remember
Perhaps it was last September
The time it was I recall not
Just that she had a shiny pot
I stained the pot with green dye
Why you would think I took out her eye
She yelled and yelled for many moments
But afterwards she sought atonement
Oh mother if only you knew
How much I truly love you
