Me, Myself and I
I’m from the strong willed and the determined
The free and unburdened.
I’m from a small house off the Prairie, in a room called mine.
I’m from keyboards, mouses, computers and monitors
video games and online friends of a long time.
I’m from three dogs prancing happily down the halls after a ball
I’m from Mom and Dad, the intelligent and hard headed
from the nurse to the baker, the seaman, and the faithful.
I’m from the world of Azeroth, a world of magic and swords
from The Old Republic to Skyrim to Siege and For Honor
I’m from the land of the free, the home of the brave
I’m from the country of the hard working, and the nation of the bald eagle.
I’m from the Indian and the Panther.
I’m from the memories of those who love me,
I’m from the private thoughts of those who hate me.
The moments of cringe, and the moments of triumph.
Moments that I hope will last a lifetime.
