Not having the best day,
Called out of class.
I remember my heart drop to the ground when the teacher pulled me out of class.
I didn’t feel like myself anymore,
body infected with pain.
Pain that I hoped would be temporary,
but couldn’t bring myself to believe it.
Drowning, my body breathing slowly.
I realized I wasn’t when I hit the bottom of a pelagic sea.
