I think you like the way he kisses you more
I think you like the way he makes you smile more
I think you see yourself with him more
Despite me knowing I’m better for you
I guess he still makes you happier
And nothing matters more than that
So despite my broken heart
And the way you used to talk to me
I can’t say I forgive you,
Or that it’s okay
But there’s not a way this story will unfold
Without me saying
I love you either way.
