My Sun
Our love has been turned into hate
For you have been hidden behind a steel gate
The depression that it brought upon be is sometimes unbearable
I continue to plow forward, just the thought of your face reminds me why I fight
The reason why I listen to myself
The voices around me are here today and gone tomorrow
You are my sun and those who oppose around us to fall like water on the pavement
No matter what don’t ever let me be
You are the Sun and I am the tree
