We were strange in love

She and I, too wild to last, too rare to b . r . e . a . k .

She was my all

All for me

She was my heaven

In the Mojave Desert or the Arctic Sea

Wherever it may be

She is the Treasure you see at the end of a d a r k   m i n e.

She was not for everyone, but she was for me

She said different things in so many different ways and

It caught my imagination.

She made the bleariness go away.

In reality she was everything I’d ever dreamt of

So simply unordinary.

She was a narrow road that after turns and hills, led to a field of chaos

She was a wild one, but some of us needed the storm to feel safe and the rainbow to appear afterwards.

Whispering, she delivers her thoughts to me at night when it’s time to sleep.

I look at her sometimes and wonder out of all the silver faces in the world,

How did I find one that was so vastly perfect for me?

This piece has brought a lot of emotion out of me. From watching my parents relationship fall apart, I have realized that there is more than just physical need or looks. There needs to be a base of friendship first, there has to be care and love for one another. You promised each other to be there till the day you die. Don't leave now and regret it.
