Look At That!
The family sees a new van
Inside there’s that new car smell
The colors of bold and brand
For dad this rings some bells
The look of old school
Then the kids think of a pool
The old van used to scream weird noises
Like “BANG” or “BOOM” when dad started it
The kids said that the car was upset
And it made them nervous hearing the sounds
They felt like rats by cats
Or a hog by a dog
The kids would eat food in their seats
Because they couldn’t wait to get home to eat
The car lights flicker
As if there’s a message in morse code
Then there began to be stains on the floor
And the parents say they can’t take anymore
Then the new clean and good smelling van arrives
They are about to go for a ride
When dad drives they sing songs
Because when he drives it’s usually long
They drive out to dinner because they need food
They all seem to be in a great mood
Then they eat yummy food before a long ride
Then their stomachs solids, liquids, and gases collide
