I hate how your happy without me

I hate how she makes you smile

I hate how she makes you laugh

I hate how your perfectly fine

And me?

I'm in a million pieces

Ands there no super glue that could ever fix

I hate how I saw you in our bar last night and I didn't say a word to you

I hate how I saw you watching her out on the floor

I hate how I saw you buy her a drink

But you know that made me think

Of how much you really cared

And to be honest that wasn't a lot

Because if your cared then you wouldn't just stair

And if you cared then we wouldn't be here

And if your cared then this air would be so much thinner

And if you cared me and you would both be winners

because we didn't go out to dinner and I didn't meet your parents

But that doesn't mean you can take this any simpler

I'm just saying that I hate how you care so much about her

How you can't stop looking at her

How you have all the time in the world for her

How you love her.
