I no longer see,
the person that I used to be.
A kid who wore hats and played baseball,
turns out he never really liked it after all.
A kid who hid behind closet doors,
doesn’t need them anymore.
A kid who was afraid to speak up,
now doesn’t know when to shut up.
A kid who cared too much,
has learned to not give in to a silly crush.
A kid who got his heart broken,
moved on and is no longer mopin’.
A kid who sat and observed the crowd,
has grown to stand out.
A kid who didn’t know who he was,
still doesn’t but likes to pretend he does.

Christian Pascual has an optimistic view on life, and always sees the best in people. His idealism is what fuels him to seek out new opportunities, feeding his hunger to travel and explore new places. He finds every opportunity to expand his knowledge about the world around him.
