I’M UP

I’m up late wishing and hoping what we could be

I’m up early thinking and knowing what we should be

Im up Never before have i been so high on someone that can bring me so low

When the darkness creeps in and i got ants inside my skin

I don’t know where else to go Except toward the light

You

I’m up Tossing and turning

Creeping and lurking

What am i searching for

Its you

Frantically grasping for the memories we shared

The empty hole it leaves when i think of you

I’m out of energy

But

I’m up

I’m upset

Im upsetting

Im upsetting you

Im sorry
