This poem is for you
And for everyone else
Who feel that they
Can never be enough.
Don’t listen to the whispers
That you hear behind your back
Because you are valid,
And that much is a fact.
You are incredible, powerful,
And your life is merely a canvas.
Don’t feel bad because others have theirs more filled in,
They’ve simply had more chances.
Focus on the now,
Don’t worry about tomorrow
Because if you do, tomorrow
Will only be filled with sorrow.
This poem is for you
And for everyone else
And it’s here to tell you
That you are more than enough.
