I am a Clock
I am a clock always running,
Never stopping at the game of life.
Each day is a new beginning,
Like the clock starts over at every hour.
I am a clock changing every moment,
With new thoughts and ideas continuously running through my head,
Following new trends of the world around me to survive,
But always portraying the timeless and endless love to those around me.
I stand for the rights of humans,
I stand for equality,
I stand for free speech,
But I work continuously and am always moving forward, with no time to look back.
Some days my hands stop working,
My energy depletes like the batteries in a clock,
But I know I can stand up strong again with a little push
And start moving again.

Amidst the daily obstacles of life, Ripudamini Bajaj utilizes her artistic abilities of drawing to bring peace to herself. Her artistic abilities allow her to express herself through public speaking and give her the power to influence those around her through her words. Ripudamini finds joy in using her voice to positively impact others. I wrote this poem to describe my emotions through the description of a clock.
