somebody’s gotta do it

It is 8am on a saturday morning
Can they be any more inconsiderate?
This is my day to sleep in and they’re ruining it.
I need to back out my driveway
But there is a garbage can in the way
Don’t they realize I need to pull my car out?
But somebody’s gotta do it
Somebody’s gotta wake up at the crack of dawn
And pick up our mess
Somebody’s gotta do the job we aren’t bold enough to do
And keep are cities clean
Without garbagemen our streets would look a mess
