I feel the beat of the music within my feet
My heart thumping to match the rhythm
I turn the volume up full blast
To try to drown out any other sound
I sway back and forth between each note
Releasing all my worries and stress with every step
The music fills my brain with dopamine
Now my mind truly feels free
