We don’t need to change Who we are

I always wanted to grow up
Then I learned the truth
Growing up isn’t all rainbows and butterfly’s
Sometimes it hurts
Growing up isn’t easy
We learn the truth
That this world isn’t perfect
That there are real struggles and challenges
But maybe all these things don’t have to be bad
We try so hard to change who we are now
But maybe if we accept who we are
We will learn growing up can be ok
