You're Dark Blue and I'm Lost In Space
If I could I would fly around the world
Not being able to hold you has me knurled
If I could I would steal you away
I can hear the difference in all you say
If I could I would marry you
You were happier but now you’re dark blue
We were happy
And I know it sounds sappy
Now it’s all heartaches and loneliness
It’s not just my own weakness
I feel it
You feel it
We are both breaking
And it’s shaking
But
If we were to let go, we would break and for what
So don’t let go
Because you are my home
And my heart
Without you I wouldn’t want to start
I lose my home when you’re gone
And to add on
If we are not together
My heart would lose its tether
Without both I’d be lost in space
I can’t lose you it doesn’t matter the place
As long as I have you
I want you to know you have me too
