Replaceable

sometimes at night
it’s hard to sleep,
but only at night
when things get deep,
when my negative thoughts
become too steep,
and they control my thoughts
making the happy one bleak,
whether it be
a vanished reliable source of happiness
from where i used to seek,
or maybe it’s my insomnia
making me weak,
this negative thought
making my heart sink,
i guess once again
i was more replaceable that i think.
