This number's about depression and anxiety. Most don’t know what it means so let me help you to understand. It’s like being hit in the back of the head with a pan. It’s like everything is taken from you, even being a man, or a lady. People think you seem kind of shady. Always shutting yourself in not talking to no one. Showing smiles in school, acting like everything’s cool, but once you leave, take off your sleeves then everything gets cruel, bad events giving you nothing but fuel. Your mind is stuck in an infinite whirlpool. I swear to god it feels like you’re being trapped in a box. Your methods of living become unorthodox. You can’t move, everything is blocked. You’re stuck.

And let it be known that this is my experience, and everyone’s is different. But no matter what it will feel like an eternal descent. The things that you depend on no longer seem to stand so you just fall with it. And once you fall, stare at the wall, begin to crawl to the open door but brawl with your demons that make you feel small, but once you beat them and get out, you stand up tall. I know because I was there… I saw
But just because you’re out doesn’t mean you’re done. Yeah you may have won, but it was just a battle. You got a whole war ahead of you so get your head down and in the game and face this everlasting pain and become the one that overcame like I once did.
