This is the year we become 1 people.

This is the year we become more connected

than the first humans did when the 7 continents was known as Pangea.

Currency exchange ratios will be 1:1

because 1 dollar in Switzerland has the same value as 1 dollar in the Philippines.

We will have 1 universal currency,

because we will be 1 people.

This is the year we lose titles classifying people.

We will no longer be American, German, or Canadian.

We will only be human.

This is the year we enable access to infinite knowledge to everyone.

We will connect everyone to the Internet with ultra fast download speeds.

We will have an Internet free from additional fees caused by the repeal of Net Neutrality.

Our data will no longer be sold to Internet Service Providers.

We will no longer be forced to choose to play on a certain network

because there will only be one network.

A network connecting every person to every other person

regardless of operating system.

This is the year we will have cleaner energy.

We will go to nuclear and solar energy,

because the global oil supply will run dry.

Our cars will no longer work,

because there will be no more gas to fuel them.

This is the year we start caring about our planet,

because if we don’t,

walking on a white sand beach in Florida

will become as much as fiction

as the Little Mermaid and Sleeping Beauty.

If we don’t act now,

next year will be the year After Earth becomes reality.

This is the year we can prevent Wall-E from becoming a documentary

instead of a family movie.

We have blood on our hands,

and it cannot be cleansed.

But there is still hope.

The world as we know it is still here,

but only by making a change

can we prevent the destruction of our world.

I wrote this as a prompt for my creative writing piece. It is a call to action to stop the destruction of our Earth, as it will lead to the end of mankind
