I took a Step

I took a step when I was little not knowing how my next step was going to effect me.
I took a step not knowing I was going to fell down.
I took a step without a single thought in my head.
I took a step thinking it was worth it.
I took a step not knowing I was sinking others with me.
I took a step thinking it was going to make me happy.
I took a step not knowing I was sinking.
I took a step hoping for a better ending.
I thought I was taking the right steps now I have no ending.

I am an 18-year old who has been through a lot, and had heard many different stories from different people and their situations. This piece is an open piece with a mixture, so that it doesn't only speak for me but others.
