A smoky haze blankets the warm night air
While laughter and excitement erupt in the near distance.
Like a flickering candle a bonfire illuminates,
Showing glorious depictions of memories long past.
Amongst the scorching ember sits a group of good friends,
Swapping stories and thoughts as they begin to ascend.
They look to the skies to see a sight so magnificent,
Old pines reaching tall toward the heavens.
Vibrant stars and nebulas conjoin,
To create divine-like constellations in the never-ending sky.
