She made him feel stuff.
Sadness and things.
And he thinks the first girl he finds
Is the best thing in the world,
But it’s only because I’m a little bit better.
I’m only the best thing in the world
Because I didn’t rip him into pieces.
I’m only better because I didn’t hurt him
Like she did.
He thinks I’m so great
But it’s only because I’m the next best thing.
One day,
He’s going to wake up
And realize
I’m not the best thing in the world
Like he thought I was.
