Two years ago when I was 12 years old.

The day has come where I would be.

My cousins flower girl.

My dress that was a dark blue almost like the night sky.

And cute high-heels that were white like the color of daisies.

I found my cousins bride Haylee.

Trying on dresses that were very pretty.

And she found the one she liked.

My Mom was doing my makeup.

But my feet were killing me.

I wanted to take them off.

But I couldn’t.

The next few minutes my feet hurt so bad.

They felt like my ankles were squeezed.

By something that would make my feet start hurting so badly.

Mom finished my makeup.

All pretty.

Hair curled.

But my feet were still in pain.

I had to wait until everything was ready.

For the wedding to start.

So I waited.

And waited.

And waited.

And waited.

And then the wedding was finally about to begin.

Everyone started walking down the lane.

Holding my other cousins daughters hand.

And I walked down.

Dropping the fake white.

Flower petals on the floor.

Rocklyn started to pick them up.

The fake flower petals.

So I had to pick HER up.

And walk the rest down while holding her.

Me and my little brother Chase.

Sat down

Watched the beautiful wedding happen.

When the time had come.

I saw Haylee in her white dress.

With lace sleeves.

Walking down the lane.

And music playing in the background.

After they said their I dos.

And kissed.

And the time came.

Where I could take off these painful high-heels.

My feet were pain free.

And I knew to myself.

That I would never wear high-heels.

That would kill my feet in pain.

Never.

EVER.

AGAIN!!
