Snowflakes
The leaves have almost all fallen down
My spirits also fall and I frown
Falling, falling, falling
A single snowflake drops from the sky
As a gentle breeze flows by
Falling, falling, falling
The wild wind quickens
The snow thickens
Falling, falling, falling
A long weary winter has begun
Taking with it my warmth and fun
Falling, falling, falling
Now the wind is really blowing
And it just keeps snowing and snowing
Falling, falling, falling
I warm my hands by the fire
This snow makes me sad and tired
Falling, falling, falling
The sky brightens and all becomes calm
I catch the last snowflake and blow it from my palm
Falling, falling, falling
