Trust
Trust is a funny concept, really.
It takes so long to earn
It is finicky. It is rocky. It is unstable.
It is the anxiety-induced worry of becoming shattered by everyone around you.
It is gentle. It is fragile. It is thin.
It is almost invisible.
It can all be thrown away so easily.
One mistake and it's all gonne.
Then it is floating like a half-filled balloon amongst the wind and sea.
Waiting and wishing to be held by someone else,
but always being just out of reach by anyone who tries to get ahold of it.
