Dancing fields of green
Each sharp blade of grass swaying in the wind
Each one so fragile and unable to defend
The stream of water running by softly and to slowly to roar like a river
No whitecaps showing signs of the water rolling
Just gliding over rocks at the bottom slowly
Looking up at the canopy of green
Held by the strong, tall brown trees
Swaying gently in the wind as if dancing with the grass below
Every other moment a leaf would fall
Down to the stream and over the water it slowly crawls
Out to the unseen
Out by even more fields of green
Above the canopy a vast blue sky
Hosting another great cover
This one not similar in color
A white canopy of fluffy clouds
Held by a mysterious force and seems to be unbound
All these things making this great scene
All sitting upon this field of dancing green

This piece was written as I simply sat by a stream, but when I looked around I saw the true beauty that surrounded me.
