Summer Storm
I stand alone in the summer storm,
I hear the thunder,
I fell the cool rain.
I see flashes of light,
every sense tingling with delight.
Most run away and cower in fear
while I embrace the storm,
I am glad that it's here.
Wind and rain, it is my home.
The storm may be cold,
but it keeps me warm.
