The Love Song
When I was in highschool I met the sweetest boy on the planet. Falling in love with him was easier than breathing. He wrote me a love song so simple yet so perfect. It wasn’t composed of rhyming words tangled between a mediocre guitar tune. The song he wrote me was laced into every soft stare and shy smile. It melted into my skin every time he touched me. It danced on every kind word and action. It was perfect, better than anything I ever could have asked for.
