Eye
A whole world.
A whole life.
A complete soul.
Through the glassy, clear door
Into a dark abyss.
A whole world.
A whole life.
A complete soul.
Glimpse of the childhood,
Running through the chill evergreen grass
Into the large grand doors.
The beginning of new scary places,
New faces, a new atmosphere.
Conquering, growing, and learning.
The clicking of the shoes burned into the mind.
The ringing of bells, floral scents dashing through the air, a beacon of light
Turns into cries of joy, cries of life.
Soft, smooth delicate skin,
A button nose growing by the day.
A chill, cool breeze now blows through the hair
Sitting on the old wrap around porch.
The whole world has turned.
A whole life was lived.
A whole soul completed.
