Some kind of sad

I'm sad,
Not quite depressed,
But not just sad,
Not like a little girl who outgrew her favorite tu-tu,
But just kind of hurt,
Like a littleboy who just found out that his bestfriend and only friend, his dog just died,
Or like a person who got their $10 hot dog snatched from a segal at the beach,
Or maybe even like a little kid figuring out that the only person who they ever trusted lied to them and now they can't trust anyone,
Just that kind of sad.
