cooler air/cleaner water
December 19, 2018
I now breathe new, cooler, crisper, air
I drink the clear and cold water
but sometimes the dirt filled air
catches in my lungs
it doesn’t leave as easily as it came
the boiling water still sometimes slides down my
throat
leaving a bad ache afterwards
but it happens less and less now
the new air and clean water always comes back
eventually
