A Time
There was a time that I didn’t see anything
I couldn’t see my future or anything beyond high school
It may be because the place I was in
But that time is gone
And I have found my life worth something
Imagining a future and life beyond high school
Home
My home may not be what I thought it was before
I thought that my childhood house would be forever my castle
Moving away might have been one of the hardest thing that has ever happened to me
But I found that home was not just the place you grew up
Home is where you grow and see the world differently
Home is where you get in trouble and have the best times of your life
Home is anywhere
American Teen
Live your life with all you’ve got
You never know when it will be over
Please make the most of every memory
Take your time growing up because that feeling won’t last forever
Tell her you love her
Take the long way
Sleep in one day
Skip that class to go to the beach
You better live your life
And be proud that you’re a American Teen
