color me please.
maybe a passionate red for my nails and a jealous green for a dress.
fill the blank lines and holes with intense, lustful hues
to cover up the emptiness
beneath.
let your ink seep through the pages and turn me into something beautiful.
i've been colored in before.
the dark and deep colors of painful memories
when I became colorblind to my own shining
gold.
i want your colors to fill me in.
i want the bright blues and yellows you wear
so faithfully to soak through the surface
and stain my soul.
color me loved.
