Emotions
Anger, pain, sadness, and regret
Emotions put our people up to the test
Stay in the green and you'll be good forever
Take the wrong step and you'll never be together
Emotions constantly pull you apart
Mental abuse, it's their very fine art
Staying back, just without notice
Ready to strike, once signs show of a novice
Emotions are a reason why
The quietest of people are the loudest of minds
Emotions are a reason why
Meaningless deaths occur in the heart of the night
So yes, emotions can hurt, but beauty can show
Happiness and love will cause you never to sow
Happiness, the answer to all conflicts
Love, the answer to someone full of loneliness
But just because it helps, doesn't mean it can't hurt
Lose happiness, lose yourself
Lose love, and you'll be pulled to a dark pit of no meaning at all
Although emotions can hurt and heal
We can never get rid of them, that's the deal
For they make us who we are, without, we're meaningless
So if you're attacked by the pain of emotions
Don't try to get rid of them
Emotions are a never ending puzzle, once solved, another shows up
To deal with, just solve the puzzle
I know it's hard, I know, I know, I know
For I still have yet to solve my puzzle

This poem was something I wrote to get through times of difficulty, I did what I do with all of my poetry, make an issue of mine, relatable to everyone else.
